liveLongNprospa: Yeah, lol. I get. Just as a lot of Nigerians are "gullible" and some even have kind hearts. Did you see the story of the homeless couple that went viral? We're a people of goodwill just as we're a 'crooked' people and you can find evidences to support both. I can't count the number of people who've gone viral for one need or lack or the other and that Nigerians have come to crowding for. The woman who was stabbed in the eye. A random breadseller (guy) who had his account number pasted to the back of his cloth for transfers as payment, and people randomly started crediting the account. 2 Likes |

Habaaaaa. Shey two million wa je omo kekere owo ni? Ni Nigeria ta wa yi? The money is big o. For me. And wait fess. You don't doubt that that is the actual bail, abi? 'Cause if I were to doubt this story, that is the angle I would do so from. What have you seen about him that made you assume he should be able to singlehandedly raise 2 million naira? πππ Even me gan, I can't raise 500k on my own (yes, it is a self-drag. Anybody that wants to use it as an ammunition for another day should save it). Do you know him before? Have you come across his social pages before the Obi wave? One thing I knew of him long long before the Obidient being formed was him attacking feminists/femco. He seems(seemed) like a Twitter banger boy before this "rebranding." 1 Like |

Abi do you know how many people have walked into the the den of the law enforcement or have been caught up in the police net and have died or remained abandoned for life? Of course, we can't save everybody, but he's lucky, and we should try to rally around for as much people as we can. If you think what is happening to Chude has been turned into a money-making thing, then stop mocking and cautioning us with being picked up when we post wrong information? Is it a bad thing to actually get into issues with the law or not? If you think Chude is a clout chaser, then can you leave "me" or the rest of us alone? Shey we will just breeze through DSS office and demand that people contribute for us, afterwards. So what is your business? Abi cell or jail is no more a punitive/traumatizing place to be? This guy may have been living with the fear of his life ending at any minute for 5 or 6 days he spent in custody, but "he's a blackmailing schemer, gaslighter and swindler." Mtcheeeewwwwwwww. |

Some of you are hilarious. If Chude has been left to his fate, and didn't get any support, is this what you guys would have been saying? Infact, it was a fantastical bragging point for you. "Obidients abandoning a comrade who has jamtalked against an high person." Now, Obidients are being there for him, and making sure he's totally free, you're saying he's smart and cashing out? Nah, fam. You have to stick to one. Is being a near political matyr or the armed forces' scapegoat a lonely road to desolation and a life of destitution or it's the surebanger way to clout, stardom and money? 7 Likes 1 Share |

First was INEC liking a tweet against Obi. Now a whole RRS unit, under the Lagos State police is tweeting this, and calling us 'disobedients?' Omo, this is so fuking scary. Like, no, I am so scared to identify with Obi outside going forward now, because God forbid, I ever got into any issue with them? Theflint1: Lol. Don't mind me. Na cruise. That shit is so corny. I can't even blame Atiku's children like that sef, it was clear they were actively propping Atiku to run hoping to have their lives settled once he becomes president. Yuppp. Someone mentioned this fact on the thread. During the presidential campaigns, one bloke on Twitter was releasing video and audio recordings of his conversations with Atiku's children where they were talking about how their father winning the presidency would make their lives soft...one of Atiku's sons even specifically said he wan japa and he doesn't have the kind of money he needs to relocate. Na there I understand say some certain levels dey for this japa parole . The guy said to relocate, he'd need like up to 7 personal staffs to see to the needs of him and his family...imagine the sort of money you need steal to have 7 staffs in your employ in Dubai or some other first-world country, then you'd start to see why the loss will make some of them get this unhinged. Kai. This man would not have been any better than Tinubu if he got there. No, nau. Maybe after the first and second trial, he may still have a little bit of goodwill, but after five? We wee all pay for the money he has been wasting. |

Drone17: There is so much to unpack here. First, I'd appreciate it if you went through this article: https://www.thecable.ng/the-trouble-with-Igbos-sit-at-home/amp Now this your argument is just like comparing misandry to misogyny in a sense (sorry, but not sorry; I can't help myself being a woman and also finding feminine analogies in issues). With the exception of Boko Haram, the other two you listed started as LEGITIMATE causes. What legitimate cause does BH and Yoruba Ronuians have? It's one thing for something to start as a reasonable response to a worthwhile cause, etc., it's another thing for something to start literally out of thin air, because of a "fear" of domination. Boko boys fear women being educated in Sharia lands and Yoruba people are fearing for their jobs being taken over by Igbo people, what is that? But many many years before, there are legit and documented cases of gross environmental and human abuses by the FG in the Niger Delta. The Igbos too have always been politically repressed, and there have been subtle strains of biases against them. "Ah, na Omo Igbo." "I can't rent my house to an Igbo." "These Igbo people sef." Can you tell me the valid grounds for these prejudices? It's baseless. Just like men fear that women's liberation will make them lose their power or topple them from their position. Jobs are in a different position all together, and should be based on merit and competency, not nepotism and ethnicity. Anybody who is qualified for it should get it, simple. The sit-at-home order was also a once-in-a-year thing, as a commemoration of fallen Igbo soldiers, and I think they do not force other ethnicities to participate in them, do they? Now, I am not justifying the menace and blood-letting everything have all spiralled into. I have never been against self-determination. If anybody wants to, they should be free to, but not at the expense of denigrate another ethnicity. So I support the original IPOB idea (any sensible person should because it is not a crime in and of itself), not what it has turned into, so technically, me and many others are not pro-IPOB (as we know it now). We can call out different wrongs at the same time? IPOB mayhem, Avengers militancy, BH carnage, and YR stupeedity. We're literally not the same set of people. Even the IPOBians have disassociated themselves from Obi and Nigeria. So any Igbo/Obidient person you see calling out the silliness of Yoruba Ronu diatribes, is doing so as a Nigerian, not because they used to support IPOB. Yes, all of it is nonsense, but what's your own point saying it's their right?? 1 Like |

cc; hopefulLandlord You're one neutral, fence-sitter I can easily point to here, so I am calling you out/drawing your attention to this. If there are others of your kind, please, kindly mention them and y'all should come and condemn this as the arbiters of right and peaceful political behaviours. Please, condemn in the strongest of terms o and in a loud voice. Not for once, once, has Obi insulted her father publicly, even Atiku and his camp, who have thrown small small jabs as is expected of their politics style, haven't gone this low. But coming from his DAUGHTER? What temerity? Like on what grounds? Will Peter Obi's daughter come out to insult the other two like this and it would have not been a trending matter? Talmabout, his children lack values and home-training yada yada yada. Heck, I don't even know a single social media handle belonging to her. So, come and speak against this o. Come and speak. Because hand dey always itch you, e never dey reach 2 seconds that a news about Obi will drop and you will come out giving your 2 cents. And if you have (I haven't gone through the thread in the last two days), direct me to it. Eagerly looking forward to getting a critique piece from you. ~SL 2 Likes
