OK I remove the word scam but surely the advice remains. I have exhausted all your channels; email, calls and WhatsApp without success not even a little as an excuse! is nairaland now the best channel? I am not inhuman and I know how I will feel if someone labels my business a scam. Sorry about that but when Someone is deliberately snubbed on WhatsApp, email, calls surely that is not a coincidence. it was deliberate.. The truth is I miss your 250mb and 500mb mtn data. those were my favourites because of its affordability. I can tell you in confidence that is the greatest advantage you have over your competitors because no other online company offers 250mb or 500mb anymore. keep it up.
My only advice is please work on your customer service! it is the foundation of success or failure. you already have an advantage, just perfect your customer service and then you will be on the right track.

Fall for these scammers at your own peril... I am not saying they don't offer the said services, they do. but brothers and sisters don't ever have any issues with them, if you do just forget your money... I am not saying this because it happened to me once or twice..It has happened many times. it is their anthem... any technical issues arising from funding is counted as a loss on your part no matter the amount involved. Their customer care is simply window dressing. whether email or Whatsapp or even calls. they don't attend to customers. if you love your money don't go close to them.
