In order to declare any place the FCT, you will need to ammend the Constitution. This is not the same as recalling a senator... To recall a senator, you only need people from said senator's constituency, which is an area in Kogi.

Of course any such group emanating from such an area will be obscure Nationally. They don't need to be influential in any case, as their goal is to gather enough signatures NOT to build National consensus. You don't need National consensus to impeach a senator. This and your ridiculous Seyi Tinubu example cannot in any way be compared to canvassing for an act that requires a Constitutional ammendment.

In order to build National consensus for such an act, you would, first of all, make sure that any such parties advocating for whatever it is you want come from the regions to be affected or from a cross-section of regions. That means, in this particular instance, the groups must be from Rivers or Lagos or a group with national orientation.

By using an exclusively northern group as the trigger, you would immediately alienate those from the south who would correctly view it as an attempt to subjugate. Tinubu has nothing to gain from such. He already controls Lagos. Rivers is easily within his grasp. Only the north has something to gain from such federal expansionism. And if you read the statement with any modicum of comprehension, you would see that the reasons given clearly seek the benefit of the north only.

You see, you are not thinking straight. But wouldn't blame you much, you are naturally dumb so how can you know when you say something that makes no sense?
