• How is FUNAAB aggregate/composite score calculated? FUNAAB admission is based on 3 criteria: JAMB
score, O level grades and post UTME score. JAMB
score carries 50% of the composite, O level carries
20%, while post UTME score carries the remaining
30%. In order to learn how to calculate your
composite score, let’s calculate the composite of ADE. Here are his results: *JAMB score- 205 *O LEVEL- Eng. Lang- C5 Maths- C6 Chm- B3 Phy- C4 Bio- B2 Econs- A1 F/Maths- F9 Geography- D7 *Post UTME score- 53% -The JAMB score is divided by 8. - The O level grades carried points A1= 6points, B2= 5points, B3= 4points,
C4=3points, C5= 2points, C6= point. Only the 5
required subjects are calculated (MTh, end, Phy,
chm, and bio). The sum is then multiplied by 2/3 - The post UTME score is multiplied by 0.3 Now, in order to calculate the composite of Ade, we
first *Divide his JAMB score by 8 i.e. 205/8 *Calculate his O level. o First part: We need grades of math, end, chm, Phy
& bio which are >Mth-C6=1point >eng-C5=2points >chm-B3=4points >phy-C4=3points >BIO-B2=5points Total points 1 + 2 + 4 + 3 + 5= 15 o Second part. We then multiply the points by *Calculate the post UTME Ade had 53 in the post UTME so we simply multiply
the 53 by 0.3 i.e. 53 x 0.3= 15.9 Therefore, the composite of Ade is the sum of the
composites gotten from his JAMB score, O level and post UTME score. That is >JAMB- 25.63 >O level- 10 >post UTME- 15.9 Composite= 25.63 + 10 + 15.9= 51.53% (don’t approximate). Therefore, Ade’s composite is 51.53%

Doesn't mean funaab cut off is 180 oo.. Jamb can peg minimum cut off at 180 and schools can use 200 if they wish... Wait for funaab official cut off.. Leave jamb... Just prepare like 3.5k for the form/online registration

IS FUNAAB POST UTME FORM 2015/2016 OUT? FUNAAB POST UTME 2015/2016 UPDATE This is the question every funaab aspirant is asking
on every platform i.e. facebook, twitter, blogs,
websites, whatsapp e.t.c. The FunaabConnect Team
decided to create this page to send alert to all
FUNAAB aspirants that FUNAAB POST UTME FORM is
not out! JAMB has announced that a meeting to set cut-off marks for tertiary institutions will hold by
July 14. FUNAAB is not like some schools in the
sense that she doesn’t begin post UTME
registration until JAMB UTME cut-off has been
announced. Therefore, it is safe to assume that
FUNAAB post UTME form will not be out till after July 14. By extension, we can presume that FUNAAB
POST UTME 2015/2016 registration will commence
before the end of next week (July 17). Funaab post
UTME registration will be on for 2 weeks, after
which the post UTME will take place at the main
campus. All candidates will sit for their exam the same day i.e. it won’t spread over 3 days. What to do? Start studying if you have not. Go back to your JAMB UTME Past Questions and
study. Don’t forget to start from 1978. Get your money ready so you don’t get
stranded when the time comes. Don’t worry,
you can register from any part of Nigeria. So, you
don’t have to come down to the main
campus. NOTE: FUNAAB admission is based on three criteria:
UTME score, O Level and post UTME score. The 3 is
calculated by percentage. UTME score = 50%, O
level = 20% and post UTME = 30%. For science students (no matter the course youâ
€™re applying for), the O level requirement (for
all courses) is: Minimum of C6 in Maths, English,
Chemistry, Physics and Biology. For Agric courses only, pass (D7) in Physics is
acceptable. Agric Sc. Cannot be used in lieu of Biology. For candidates applying for Water Resources
Management & Agrometeorology, minimum of
C6 in Geography is required. For commercial students (no matter the course
you’re applying for), the O level requirement
is: Minimum of C6 in Maths, English and
Economics. These 3 subjects are COMPULSORY.
Then two other subjects from Commerce,
Government, Financial Accounting or Geography. Pass mark for post UTME is 40%. Scoring
anything less than that disqualifies you, even if

There are 5 departments in COLMAS. I can still remember the news that last year Funaab admitted 500+ in Colmas. So we can estimate that Funaab admits nothing less than 100 aspirants per department. Maybe they take up to 100,110 120 etc 4 BEM...I stand to be corrected though..I am just estimating

is direct entry applicants inclusive in that 500+?

For your transcript to be forwarded by your previous school to your school of choice, and for u to submit it at funaab yourself which is more preferable? Cos, the poly i finished from they hardly give trancripts to students hand to hand except you know ur way!!
