Wow! People here and there asking for phone numbers of some influential individuals. Hmm
Not to discourage anyone but things don’t happen that way, a lot have changed and not anyone will be willing to help a stranger. Even the ones you personally know don’t just pick your calls anytime.
I swear to God most of them don’t care even if you tell them some stories that touches the hearts 🥹 because they’ve heard similar stories.
WAY FORWARD
1- Strategize on how you will get their attention! 95% of the help rendered by Politicians are for political gain!
Have u considered to chair visiting a REP/SEN in a group of 5-10 people to present an Excellence Award??
If you are good in social media, be their media soldiers/PR.
Media Aid to one Senator just resumed NASC, a slot by his boss.
2- Show Face, calls/text don’t get things done. Some will promise you Job in person and forget you the moment they don’t see your face. Go where they pray, go where they play, and go where they stay with CAUTION ⚠️
3- Secure bonds with people around them. Know someone that knows these people’s Personal Assistants. Don’t joke with their PAs cus they can easily link you up.
4- PRAY! Nothing is bigger than that.

Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) is still the father of all agencies in Nigeria. I know someone who jejely left NSIA to the almighty MOFI. This could be debatable because international travels and internal opportunities or deals for extra cash are more in NNPC.

Lol! I have seen it. On the offer letter GT salary is 7.4 m per annum consolidated (625k/month).

Do you know they would be given upfront allowance, Wardrobe allowance, relocation allowance and others upon resumption?
And that salary you’ve seen will change immediately they finish their probation (1year).
That is when you are fully consumed into the corporation.
Wallah you hardly see someone join NNPC and leave for another place (you know what that means right?)
They have the maddest terminal benefits/Pension package/insurance plans/ healthcare plan/ leave allowance and many other benefits.

If not Nigeria, where could this happen?
An agency is undergoing the second stage of recruitment process and at the same time openly sharing offer letters… as some are writing CBT, others are collecting letters and doing documentation.

I didn’t get NNPC job but Wallahi I am happy seeing people getting the job (regardless of the region they are from). Some applicants have undergone extensive coaching and training that landed them the job. I think that is fair enough.

No my brother. Just for clarity, CBN is one out of many ‘Banks’.
And for Oil and Gas companies/agencies, they are the BEST place to work in Nigeria when it comes to pay and employee benefits/growth.
So, nothing to avoid. If anyone gets the opportunity, let them take it. Thanks

Graduate Trainees’ salaries starting from 3m+ per month.

I believe they enjoy the same perks at entry and mid level. I will choose NFIU because it is less saturated and career progression is better. You will go for trainings taya.
And you hardly see NFIU staff resigning for another agency which is a valid point.

That is the problem my brother. And I have seen someone who got the APL in November last year. I think they are waiting for capturing.

Sincerely speaking among the hundreds of MDAs in Nigeria, not many pay entry level 200k+ a month which is not fair in this present situation of the country.
Sometimes we have to tell ourselves the truth. Many places salary are wrongly quoted. Some are not up to what we think and others are far better than what we think.
May God help us all.

Only someone who's so proud will reject appointment from any agency in this present Nigeria situation where getting Job is not easy maybe the person has an alternative or they are rich in their family but trust me people who don't have anyone but God will not be disturbing themselves for juicy places which is not easy to get because to get them u must be highly connected at top although it's good to dream big but only God knows better...160k or not it's still far far better than doing nothing

I have that viewpoint too on people accepting offers no matter how little unless they have something better in hand. You have to start from somewhere.
