A logistics company specialized in use of e-commerce to provide logistics services to the hospitality industry is inviting qualified candidates to submit applications for any of the applicable positions advertised below:

Delivery Riders (Ref: CLSL-01)
• Location - Lagos area, includes Lekki, Victoria Island, Yaba, Festac, Ikeja, Maryland, etc.
• Able to read, write and speak English Language;
• Able to pick up assigned orders from approved restaurants, deliver orders to customers, process payment from customer and understand how to render basic account of daily orders assigned and handled at the end of each business day;
• Honest and respectful of company policies;
• Experienced in riding motorcycles safely;
• Able to provide previous verifiable experience will be an advantage;

Lead Security Officer (Ref: CLSL-02)
• Location - Lagos area but will have oversight and supervisory responsibilities covering company business areas and delivery riders Lekki, Victoria Island, Yaba, Festac, Ikeja, Maryland, etc.
• Must have a minimum education qualification of diploma but preferably a university degree in relevant disciplines;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English Language is required;
• Very good knowledge of security strategies and protocols for proactive securing of company assets and handling any case of violation of company security policies in accordance with company policy;
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage;
• Must be able to supervise direct reports, enforce compliance with management directives and demonstrate accountability for achievement of company security goals;
• Must be very honest, demonstrate integrity, highly ethical with no criminal background;
• Able to investigate any reported case of violation of company’s security policies, adequately represent company in liaising with appropriate law enforcement agencies when necessary to address reportable violation of company policies;
• Conduct background checks of candidates proposed for hiring by company, verify information provided by candidates in guarantor and personal information forms and documenting finding via a report to company management;
• Must be computer literate;
• Must be able to safely ride motorcycles safely when necessary for performance of field responsibilities;

Security Officers (Ref: CLSL-03)

Account Analyst/Finance Analysts (Ref: CLSL-04)
• Location - Lagos area, includes Lekki and Mainland;
• Minimum of first degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance;
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles;
• Highly skilled in the use of MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc to analyze data, prepare reports and presentations;
• Processing petty cash transactions;
• Processing monthly employee salaries for HR review and approval;
• Daily review of accounts inflows and reconciliation with expected cash inflows;
• Processing payment remittance to vendors and clients;
• Daily financial summary and weekly financial reports;
• Monthly financial closing report;
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, POS reports, other payment platforms with daily transactions expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Administrative Assistants/Analysts (Ref: CLSL-05)
• Location - Lagos area, includes Lekki and Mainland;
• Minimum of diploma in relevant disciplines, higher qualification is an advantage;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills;
• Highly proficient in English Language;
• Skilled in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc to analyze data, prepare reports and presentations;
• Very good customer relations, able to follow up with customers on phone and get feedback on customer experience;
• Able to handle all miscellaneous administrative tasks required by MD/CEO
• Preparation of daily business reports for MD/CEO

Fleet Manager (Ref: CLSL-06)
• Location - Lagos area, includes Lekki and Mainland;
• Minimum of diploma in relevant disciplines, higher qualification is an advantage;
• Good speaking and writing skills, proficiency in English Language;
• Good in meticulous documentation of records and preparation of reports;
• Skilled in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc to analyze data, prepare reports and presentations;
• Ability to maintain records of maintenance needs of fleet equipment, records of expenses and projections, fleet inventory record maintenance and update
• Able to handle all miscellaneous administrative tasks required by MD/CEO
• Preparation of daily fleet reports for MD/CEO
