Let me go straight to the point and not bore you with too many tales.
I live in a room self-con, been living here for almost three years. The issue now is, my Landlord had sold the entire house just in April this year. He introduced myself and two other co-tenants to the new landlord the day the building was completely sold and transfer of ownership was finalized.
My Rent expired at the end of April, same month the house was sold. The new landlord has been disturbing me to pay my rent ever since the day we first met and the old landlord informed him of the expiration of my Rent. The new landlord increased the Rent from 80k to 150k, but we had to appeal to him to cut it down until we were able to reach a concensus of 120k. This house has no fence, no water and even light. Robbers Burgle into our rooms to steal from time to time.
Towards the end of April, I told him to give me till July to renew my rent, he agreed. Then after two weeks he sent me a text dat he wouldn't be able to wait till July and that I must pay at the end of May. I was shocked to see such text after our earlier discussion. I pleaded again, and he gave me till 15th of June. I told him it can't be possible. I'm a salary earner & I'm into contribution at work. In July, I will be able to pay him. But he still insisting it's June.
My question now is, Does he have the right to forcefully evict me within this period? If it were my old landlord, I wouldn't be worried. But now that there's a change of ownership, what happens in this instance?

We are in deep trouble with inflation. Mech keep using excuse to say everything is on the high side. That was how I need to fix a part and my mech over years was calling 25k plus like 2k for transport. I use my hand go fix the stuff 12k for Ladipo. Since then I’ve been looking him with one kind eyes.

If you have the money, give em. That’s if you don’t like stress. Else drive down to first gate and confirm. They’ll remove it and your bulb to test working one for you.

But damn! So that thing don cost like this?
Well, I'm not surprised sha cos everything in the country don skyrocket.
But still, it's too much. E no suppose pass 10k max at worst. But you know these rewire guys, dem know their cunning ways.
Price am small but make sure say na him go buy am and fix, cos they panel dey get number/code that has to work on your fuel pump.

B4 u throw things around, even scanner might not detect it, first check your fuel sender unit aka 'sim card' in ur fuel pump assembly. Have it tested and get the exact code. The chip was not expensive in those days but now, I can't say how much. Look for an electrician that is good with fuel pump to locate it.

I, enjoying my meal of rice and beans jejely in my shop very early in the morning.
I was about to eat my fifth spoon (lol) when a pregnant woman approach me directly into my shop without even greeting me. She just went to my bowl of garri, WAM WAM! inside her mouth. Ah ah (i exclaimed silently). She even still complained of the garri not sour enough. She told me to sell 1 mudu of honey beans for her, that she wants to go and buy bread in a nearby shop. And that she was coming back to pick the beans.
I waited till evening, the pregnant woman was missing. She never returned to pick her already packaged beans. (mehn i was so dissapointed)
The next day she passed near my shop, i stopped her and greeted. You need to see how she reacted. Then i told her that why didnt she come and pick the beans she already priced? Come and see saliva on my face! She began to shout at me and said she later lost her appetite for beans nd decided to go for spag. Are u d one to tell me what to eat?

I was thinking it's something that they would just cut the shape out of that portion on the bumper.
He said no. That if they cut the shape out, it would disfigure the bumper.

He said those ones I see were custom-made, that they came with the bumpers like that.
