Since 2019, NAFDAC has acted unethically and has not taken steps to collaborate with the union to ensure daily market access or establish an office within the market to regulate drug movement. Instead, they choose to shut down all businesses, including those of genuine drug sellers, unfairly punishing them. We are all fighting against fake drugs, but shutting down legitimate businesses along with counterfeit ones is not the solution. How am I supposed to feed my family if my genuine drug business is forcibly closed? It simply doesn’t make sense.
