There is a difference between cost and value Sir, a Quantity Surveyor can only give you a cost estimate while the open market value of a property is determined by my proffessional colleagues -Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

The value involves such indices as locational attributes, marketability, functionality, economic viability etc.

I actually wish the price can come down as I appreciate your level of interest. A property is best purchased by someone who appreciates it.
