For the physical exercises part, you will all run together like a rat race. Distance is 3.5Km. Arrivals will be segregated into 4 cages based on time interval. First cage is about 15 minutes. The trick is to start well and maintain a good pace..your own pace. Try your best to enter first or second cage, but that alone is also not a guarantee. Next u will do press up and sit up. Each will be under 1 minute. Do as much as you can under that timing.

what about d ladies dat cnt do press up and sit up?

Let me use this medium to tell ya all that u should not pacnic.. Information reaching me said no actual date for release of result cos they will make it electronic and attach it to d database... It will be base on the % of people that pass d cut of mark per state.. So if u hv few people from ya state at onne for d interview meaning only those few people met d cut of mark of 65%(percent)..
So some state might hv 25 or more candidate im onne while some state will hv 7 candidate(Just For the interview)... Thank u all... Those in Abuja u can go to d HQ in Area 8 Garki to find out for yaself...

Told u guys to chill.. Chilll.. And chill.. Wen the list is out u guys will know.. For now just tink of how to start jogging and do all the necessary test.. Cos u will be surprised that High Blood Pressure will disqualify u.. Until October/November before the names wil be out. Good luck to ya all
