NNRA pays around 300k. 2M upfront and some other allowances. These numbers are from 2020 tho. Maybe they have adjusted since then. Please is anything happening there?

Well CBN and Ndphc are like that. You’d confirm by yourself if you eventually get in.

That's how it works there. Even CBN is like that too. In your first year, you only receive basic salary with no allowances/upfront. However, once you're confirmed, you start receiving upfront payments and other allowances. These allowances ultimately make your total annual take home pay higher than what you earned before confirmation. For CBN, you get double upfront the year you are confirmed

190. But you will start getting upfront and allowances unlike pre confirmation when it’s just you and your 270, no allowances

As at 2020, it was 270k first year without allowance and 190k after confirmation with allowances. But I believe so much has changed since then and they would have increased the pay by now. I sent you a mail, kindly check please. I have some questions

I thought I'd get in and eventually have the moral justification to touch more on this for future applicants but, unfortunately, I didn't so I'd write what I can.

This our set of candidates is likely the most foolish of all sets that have attempted to get into NNPC. That Nigerian way of never doing anything right and always wanting to cheat the system still came in handy.

In a highly competitive recruitment of over 12,000 with the organization looking to recruit less than 1000, these so called generous applications began to share their questions to their competitors. I even read of a certain guy who walked out of his own Interview to share his questions with those on his interview queue which gave them an added advantage. While answering the questions alone does not determine if you will be employed as other factors such as confidence, communication skill and others play a role, having the questions before hand helps you improve on these factors.

Now, do you know why they shared their questions?

1. Overconfidence - they were just so sure they have performed well and were already on their way in.

2. Under performance - This set just knew they didn't stand a chance so why not just spil?

But, by and large, the questions asked were so similar and repetitive that there was just no way sharing the questions did not tilt the outcome of the interview.

Some of these morons are not even the best orators, don't have the best aura, do not appear confident to their interviewers, have not studied a course that gives them a competitive edge - they are just morons.

So I know many of you will come finding this thread in the next recruitment. Learn from us. Don't let your hard work and sleepless nights go to waste for a thankless service. Nobody cares if you helped them get in as it is today. Many who got tips and got in today do not even remember who shared questions with them. Do the right thing that will not unnecessarily tilt the outcome of the interview and put some of you at a disadvantage. They will gaslight you as you may have seen earlier in the thread, they will say it's people like you who do not get ahead in life but hold you ground. And that way, whatever the outcome is, you'd know you have given your best.

Funny because the few people I’ve seen celebrating on Twitter are from the south. I saw only one northerner that said his bro got. Nnpc are very big federal character for their Graduate trainee program so dead any talk about favoritism for northerners

I noticed that there are fewer testimonies this time compared to the last recruitment. On Nairaland, WhatsApp, and Twitter, I haven’t seen many posts about people who got in, unlike last time, when there were so many. Either they recruited fewer people this time, or most of those who got in are not speaking up. Either way, congratulations to everyone who got the job, your lives have changed forever!

It’s like those ones don’t want to recruit anymore. Last time they employed many people at the same time was in 2020.

Nnpc sent out success mails on Valentine’s Day during the last recruitment 🌚

Please, what's the take-home salary of the 8/2 in the National Productivity Center (NPC)? I think it is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment. A friend wants to make a decision.

It used to be 93k. But I heard it was increased to about 140k sometime last year. I’m not very sure about the increase tho but for the 93k, it’s 100% confirmed

Those interviewed by the MD yesterday and today are those who were “successful” from the last interview conducted at Newton Park Hotel.

I chose Abuja as my preferred cbt center when I registered but I’m seeing Niger state now. Niger state wasn’t even in the options for cbt center during registration. Is there anyone else that was sent to another state?

CBN are not recruiting right now and definitely not in the nearest future. They are currently over staffed and are offering staff about 50 to 100m and their retirement benefits as incentive for them to resign voluntarily

NNRA doesn’t pay up to 1m monthly. At least not for entry level

What kind of questions should experience hires expect? Will it be the same as that of graduate trainees?

As regards REA recruitment information I got is that only 95 people will be recruited across all the states and MD said all State must be represented

Something is happening there, push if you have connect. Their requirement is minimum of 2:1 tho and they are very strict with it.

Please, would you advise a person who meets the age requirement for graduate trainee but graduated in 2018 to still apply? One of the requirements is graduating not earlier than 2019

Bro even if you don’t meet the requirements, just apply. It is their job to screen you, don’t do it for them.
