What I did was to sacrifice my 90cm for 7w, then on my 60cm dish I have 16e as primary, on top is multitv then below is 5e. See attached photo mine and dishtech

You have a point, that is if it was actually caused by wrong software but if it was bad virus then doing decoder to decorder via RS232 cable will be useless. I am saying it because I have had a problem of bad virus before. If that is case then changing chip or reprogramming the chip would be the only option. In my case the chip refused to be reprogrammed but I was told that after virus attack some chips can still be reprogrammed but mine was damaged.

sir i was nt able to input dis frequency on intelsat 904 @60°E, AM using a srt4922a decoder nd a 1.8m dish too

if u are able to get eutelsat 7w as primary and abs beside it as in the pic I sent then some centimetres away from abs u will get ses5 freq.12015v Sr30000; from ses5 backward again u will get eutelsat 16a and lastly multitv beside it some cm again away from .16a. for nss7 check the pic 1.3m and above in Kano. Good luck it very easy I got all of in less than 1hr. follow this pic which has eutelsat7w abs ses5 and multitv ur 16a should come in between ses 5 and 28e.
