Do you have a mini flat?

I need an apartment (mini flat) around gbagada, ilupeju or obanikoro. My budget is 350k/PA

Another one for my colleague around ogba, ojodu or isolo. His budget is 300k/PA.

Depending on your taste, anything from #400k per annum for the rent only is more like it.

Ikosi ketu power supply is better at 16 hours of light and traffic is minimal depends on where you are heading.

Thank you, am heading to yaba. i would have preferred gbagada, has i got an info about their light (i heard it's almost 24hours a day) but houses there are very expensive. since ikosi ketu is minimal, i think it's a plus

In terms of power supply n good road, ogudu can be considered. Okota road/ago round about has good power supply too. If u r looking at skipping traffic completely, jejely get an apartment close to ur place of work n forgo power supply #peace

Very true. That ikotun be like say no be nigeria in terms of light. Sometimes 24 hrs a day. But traffic and distance from dia to other places no be small thing

if you work on the Island or Ikeja, Ikosi-Ketu is good for you. traffic is a norm

The chance that tou will have it all in Lagos (referring to your list) is very slim. For instant, you can conveniently have 20hrs of light at Ikorodu. But traffic is not frdly. And no thanks to Baddoo, the LG is not currently not the safest in Lagos. I think you should consider light and proximity. You cnt escape traffic in Lagos.
