@swisscarter, Pls I flash the Stock KitKat ROM 4.4.2 and everything was okay except nothing can root it, I later did system update 280mb and everything was awesome except I lost root access and nothing I have use is able to root the 4.4.2

Secondly my Recovery image is lost, am back to original Gionee stock image , didn't notice this before deleting my cwm backup so I can back up this one,

How do I root this stock 4.4.2 so I can install a recovery image and back up cwm just in case cuz still twerking and exploring. thanks

Sir first if you have a PC install king root on it and install drivers too then make sure your PC is connected to the internet then connect your phone and click root✔

Then you can flash custom recovery

Although the policy of students being transferred to other institutions has been reversed but why are they still posting students huh

I think it still stands! Even if the students who were posted to different institutions can be allowed to write the post utme exam in their first choice institution I think they have lesser Chance to be admitted into the school than those whose names where submitted by jamb officially....

no root app can root lollipop for now.. You've to find flashable lollipop SuperSU zip and flash through recovery.....

*note* your cwm recovery for KitKat won't work on lollipop.... So someone has to create a lollipop recovery for hot note grin

Lollipop is not a must if your phone can't take it..Someone opened a thread earlier complaining about bricked techno. Keep pushing a weak phone to it's limit ok..
