1one: Thank you sooo very much for taking out time to answer me.... I'd already used vroot to root it so I guess I'm in the clear from that I hope... I used root checker to check the validity of the rooting and it gave me an affirmation..

About the download to sdcard part.. Is it the sdcard of the internal memory /device storage or the SD card of the external storage /memory card.. These terms always get me confused... thanks a tonne man

So I just got my own M2 today...and I just have a couple of questions... I'm not exactly a fresher when it comes to phone tweaking and stuff but I'm not a graduate either..so I would really be awesomely grateful if any one of you would help me out with the following questions..

1.I want to upgrade to kitkat but just for safety I want to back up my stock ROM....please how do I do this.?

2.I want to root this device... which is the best rooting app without PC to use.. Frama Root?

3.If I root by Frama root..would I still need to download Super SU separately?

4.Is there any other app I need to download alongside framaroot to ensure proper rooting?

5.Do I need to back up my stock ROM before even rooting?
