Use the ussd code to check your centre for physical verification. Mine is showing the program you selected is not in your local government area(Rivers as well)

But when I called their office I was told to use the code to check my centre,viola I saw my LGA as place of physical verification. So do same and go there,you will be attended to..

Pls is saying "physical verification is only available for beneficiaries" .. but I was picked and I was sent a mail.. pls can you forward the office number

No, Enugu. Did you register under NHealth? You can select Nteach or any other you feel you can do.

No.. I registered under N-teach.. maybe rivers state have issues
