No I wasn't.. I added billing address and other things.. After that it'll keep going back to the beginning

Hello.. Please I have a problem.. Been trying to subscribe to apple music on my iPhone 7 and try out the university student 3 month free trial but the whole process keeps repeating over and over again.. I also tried subscribing to the individual plan but it still keeps going round and round.. Anybody knows what I can do?
