This individual will manage client relationships, boost revenue through strategic sales, handle corporate/HMO accounts, and oversee essential administrative tasks that ensure clinic efficiency. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Sales • Be the first point of contact for patients and corporate clients • Ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service throughout the patient journey • Follow up on treatment plans and convert consultations into booked procedures • Upsell and cross-sell treatments (e.g., whitening, orthodontics, implants) Corporate & HMO Account Management; • Manage relationships with HMOs and retainership clients • Ensure documentation, billing, and service-level agreements are met • Maintain strong communication with partner companies Marketing & Outreach • Support in-house promotions and community marketing campaigns • Attend corporate events and health fairs • Drive patient reviews, referrals, and loyalty programs Administrative & Operational Support • Maintain and update patient records using CRM or clinic software • Prepare weekly reports on client feedback, sales, and follow-ups • Support front desk coordination and ensure seamless clinic operations • Assist with scheduling, stock monitoring, and day-to-day admin needs What We’re Looking For • Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, client management, or healthcare admin • Experience in dental/medical/wellness industries preferred • Strong communication & organizational skills • Familiarity with HMO processes, CRM tools, and reporting • Sales-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter to: talentpoolresourcesng@gmail.com with Subject line: “Client Relations & Sales manager– Lagos Island” Deadline: 15th October 2025 |
