About the Role
We are recruiting for a dynamic Client Relations & Sales Manager for a growing dental clinic in Lagos. This individual will manage client relationships, boost revenue through strategic sales, handle corporate/HMO accounts, and oversee essential administrative tasks that ensure clinic efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Sales
• Be the first point of contact for patients and corporate clients
• Ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service throughout the patient journey
• Follow up on treatment plans and convert consultations into booked procedures
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments (e.g., whitening, orthodontics, implants)

Corporate & HMO Account Management;
• Manage relationships with HMOs and retainership clients
• Ensure documentation, billing, and service-level agreements are met
• Maintain strong communication with partner companies
Marketing & Outreach
• Support in-house promotions and community marketing campaigns
• Attend corporate events and health fairs
• Drive patient reviews, referrals, and loyalty programs

Administrative & Operational Support
• Maintain and update patient records using CRM or clinic software
• Prepare weekly reports on client feedback, sales, and follow-ups
• Support front desk coordination and ensure seamless clinic operations
• Assist with scheduling, stock monitoring, and day-to-day admin needs

What We’re Looking For
