Hello Guys I need an advice on how to renew my Driving Licence. Lots of people will say that it is FRSC that's in charge of Drivers Licence in Lagos, Some will Say it is VIO, Vehicle Inspection Office. Please which Institution is in Charge of Drivers Licence renewal. A friend advised me to go to another state, that Lagos own is so Stressful. Please give me the name of the Institution, their process and Address. I got my Last Drivers Licence at the South East. Thanks |
