Qualifications:

Experience:

The candidate must be able to develop application using .Net Technologies 3-4 years.
The candidate must possess the Preferred Programming Language: C# 2-4 years.
Must possess Relational Database Management and Administration 1-3 years.
MSSQL Using T-SQL 2 years and above.
Must possess Database Design 2 years and above.
Must possess experience in Mobile Application Development (Java Mobile, Black Berry, Androids and iOS).
Must understand Systems Integration using ASP.net (Web Services, WCF, XML, SOAP etc.) 1-2Years.
Must possess knowledge and experience in Application Development and Systems Integration with USSD and SMPP platforms.

Skills:

The Systems Developer must have flairs for Programming and Application Development generally.
The Candidate must shows business sense and consideration in above.
Must possess ability to work in a fast pace environment and fit in to a team.
Must be a self-starter and a good team player also be able to relate well to a team.
Must show a good understanding and appreciation of application development life cycles.
Must show both leadership and followership skills.
Ability to timely resolve escalated request.
He should be technically competent in telecom software
Possess solid communicate skill via email and telephone.
He should be self-motivated and independent thinker.
He must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
He should be persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
He should have ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment.
Ability to match the cross cultural interactions and work across with people in different locations.
He must display strong problem-solving skills.
