Our policy a) In the first policy, Global Temstone Nigeria Ltd will be solely responsible for all truck maintenance including parts and servicing ‘EXCEPT’ engine, gear and axle replacement or repair. From experience, engine, gear and axle do not breakdown in the first 10-11 months. This means you do not get to be disturbed about any breakdown or delay in repairs. You only receive your Monthly payment. We however deduct 25% from your Monthly returns for months of January, February, March and April. 20% for months of May, June and December. 15% for months of July, August, September, October and November.This system allows investor to plan very well as they don’t get bothered about maintenance cost. It also gives rest of mind especially when investor does not have an independent supervisor to verify repair claims. b) In this second option, we cover expenses of not more than 5,000 Naira per week.
