JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for ensuring that organization complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance; acts as a point of communication between board of directors and company shareholders, have thorough understanding of the laws that affect the areas of business work, reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments.

QUALIFICATION:Minimum ND

• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Commercial Acumen
• Out of the box thinker with excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to take quick decisions in time crunched situations
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate group decisions.
• Excellent knowledge about all types of legal matters related to the operations of the organization
• Excellent logical and examination skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent drafting skills of legal documentation
• Be able to work long hours
