use Internet Protocol to transmit image data and control signals

The ticketing parking management system consists of the entrance and the exit section

Entrance:

1. When the car drives in, no card holders need to get an IC or ID card from the card dispenser machine, then he needs to swipe card from the ticket dispenser, after

that is done, the barrier gate will automatically open to let the car enter and the system will calculate the beginning time. With the help of Vehicle Loop Detector,

the barrier gate will stop closing if a car still under the barrier. After the car leaves the detecting zone, the barrier gate will automatically close.

2. When the car drives in, the card holders only need to swipe card from the ticket dispenser, after that is done, the barrier gate will automatically open to let the car enter and the system will calculate the beginning time.
