You might be running too much power draining apps on your phone and if that's big the case it's advisable that you get yourself a power bank

if you rooted with kingroot, how dyou unroot and can you do OTA update after unrooting it

You flash superuser.zip via cwm and unroot via superuser app from the app drawer. It's possible to update via OTA after unrooting. Hope this helps
