You're essentially saying she can continue acting in a dismissive and disrespectful manner towards Biggie, and he should get tired of punishing her and move on from there.

There were several instances she interrupted Biggie, responded in dismissive and disrespectful tones and statements while still serving a punishment, which showed incorrigibility of her behaviour.

Biggie was giving her punishments to reform her habits and not a strike, but she kept on "standing up" for her rights the wrong way.

Right now, I expect Biggie to wield the big stick on her via strikes, since she's shown herself incorrigible to corrections. She should simply get strikes till she's DQd, and sent packing off the game.

Would you appreciate a visitor in your house eating your food, enjoying your drinks, racking up on your head expenses for your entertainment, yet still have such visitor repay you with such energy as Nomy?

Honestly I supported Nomy’s punishment initially but I think not giving her diary sessions was too far. She did not kill anyone, she didn’t do the punishment. You gave her a strike and doubled the punishment and made her clean the bathroom and toilets. Fine. No complaints. But why won’t you give her a diary session when the diary session is the chance for housemates to sell themselves to the audience? The diary session is meant to be fair. Giving some housemates the privilege and not others based on “oh she mouthed off to big brother” does not make sense. Even worse, doing it in secret without telling her. Exactly it should have been communicated. Production really overreacted.

i suspect production big time. We have watched when people take voluntary exit. They take the VE at their lowest ebb, not when the ovation is loudest.
In bbnaija, there was that guy, the photographer that was chasing angel up and down, and when ange dealt with him, he almost ran mad and took VE.
Sabrina left for medical reasons.
In big brother africa, there was that naija big guy ola that took VE because he was hypertensive.
Same season, one Angolan girl kept complaining that her partner Yusuf or so was ignoring in the house. The season late Goldie participated. After so many complains, she went and took VE and took that her partner along with her.
So someone cannot be upbeat, in good spirits after many wins in just 1 week, HOH till Monday, just to be called by biggie into the diary room, just to come out and take VE. And biggie say her family called her and her twin sister say it's a lie that their family never called her

If it were just being overwhelmed and mental issues (which i doubt because of the awesome week she had) Production would have just sent a psychologist and convince her to remain in the house.
The only reason they might allow letting her go this easy is because of something they know they can't hide.

on day zero, during introductions, she told the housemates that she had a family that she would reveal to them during the course of the programme, which she had not done.
Last Thursday as HOH, she was called last in the diary room. And at the end of the discussion, she asked biggie "biggie, what of my secret". Biggie snapped "more on that later"
And next after eviction, biggie called her, normally for next week wager task, just for her to come and announce she was taking voluntary exit at 11pm. HOH, 5 wins in a week (90% of the housemates wount even get 1 win till evicted).
Production put up message that it us for urgent family matter and her twin sister say it's a lie that the family didn't call her back.
So why did your mind go to pregnancy? They were on lockdown and must have been tested for many things before being called into the house. Now way production will allow anyone pregnant into the house. Even Abi that is married wount be allowed into the house if her test indicated that was pregnant.
So back to your what if question, what if not?

Last Neche's diary session on Thursday, she say 'biggie, what about my secret?' Biggie say more on that later.
Her best week week - won HOH on Monday, won Guinness task on Wednesday, won wager game on Thursday, won Arena games on Friday, won game master on Saturday.
After eviction show, she was shown discussing with sultex, then Gerard. her last showing was showing her arguing with cassi, with nomi there, about times she Neche also talked without microphone.
Then biggie called hoh to diary room (normally for the weekly task) but she didn't come out with the task. Next she called blue upstairs, next she came and announced VE. From where to where?
Her twin sister has confirmed that the family didn't call her back home.
