Have you driven past Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos lately?

Have you noticed the beehive of commercial activities along that axis? Have you noticed that many residential estates are springing up in that area?

This is another big thing in Ibeju Lekki right now though the project is yet to commence fully there is every hope that in the coming years, it would kick-start.

We all know what an Airport can do to the Nigerian economy, especially in the area of job creation, investment, and economic boom.

THE NEW SEAPORT
This would also be another big investment in that area as it will connect the axis (Ibeju Lekki) to the rest of the world.

Seaport has always promised a huge economy to every nation where its located or situated.

This would definitely create a new town, a new business environment not only for Nigerians but the world at large. So this is one of the reasons a lot of celebs are rushing there to buy land.

PAN AFRICA UNIVERSITY
This is a school that will accommodate thousands of people. The study has shown that where there is a higher institution, the demand for house rent is always high.

And any estate situated around that axis would definitely enjoy this benefit.

This would also make the environment popular not only in Nigeria but the entire Africa.

NEW SHOPRITE
This is new Mall located at Sagotedo area, this Mall is now under construction and it is expected that the mall will be completed soon. Everyone knows the importance of mall in the society.

City People can also tell you that, works on the site are not completed yet but it has started production.

PROPOSED FOURTH MAINLAND BRIDGE LINK
This is another big project government has been seriously looking at because many experts have warned government not to allow the area become another Apapa.

As a result of all this, Ibeju Lekki land owners are making good money from the sale of their land. Many of them are making a kill as they are giving up family lands for good money. Many property developers have moved in there to do good business. THE BELL PROPERTY is one of them.
