More so, there’s what is called Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). All serious companies have this in place so that when disasters happen to their business, they will quickly bounce back, with little disruptions. There’s no company I worked with in Nigeria that didn’t have it then. Even if fire burns down some facilities, they have a way of returning back to their feet quickly.
The plan is a policy document that they discuss and train staff on it and they rehearse or simulate the plans, when there’s no real disaster and they then sign off to say the plan was still working or adequate.
If there are need to change the plan due to availability of new developments, they do and provide necessary equipments l, tools etc and retrain staff on the new plan. That’s what countries that are serious use too.

Stop thinking like a 2x2 shop owner. You people need experience and exposures. You have not been reading wider on facts. You love fictions a lot.
