I don’t think you are being totally fair right now. I have bought a gas cooker with oven from Thorby here on this thread and it was brand new still in the carton. I was grateful for an opportunity to see a new item at discount price after I confirmed the price of that same item in the shops. You don’t need to bully people cos you don’t like what they are selling. Some people appreciate getting new items too at clearance rates. Most shopping malls have a clearance section, it doesn’t mean they are used. They just need to free up space on the shelves for new items. Last last everybody will be alright. Share love.

There are still 3D TVs, they are only being improved on hence the old models being continued.

You're not getting it. Search for any electronics you own from 2019 maybe. I'm very sure that they are all discontinued. Likewise old model cars. Cos they are discontinued don't mean they are defective or not acceptable.

Basic economics dictates that you have to take demand and purchasing power into consideration when determining sale price.

You may sell a Mona Lisa in Paris for millions of dollars but that doesn't mean you should expect millions of dollars for it in Maiduguri.

@ the bolded is actually a huge red flag. Discontinued technology usually means it is either flawed or not accepted by the intended market.

I disagree with the last part tho. A discontinued technology may not necessarily means it's flawed or not accepted by the intended market. It might just be as a result of new model being released.
