There was a time anytime I picked a F.c UK calls I always release the call because of my hatred for their accents.
If u want to make a good amount every week, u have to find a way to get used to those f.c UK accents because there are times that u will only see them on the queue.

The way it works is any money u make this week, qaworld will automatically transfer everything to ur PayPal account the following week. I.e whatever u were able to earn between Monday and Sunday will be sent to u the following week on Wednesday or Thursday(some weeks payments come on Tuesday sha).
