Swissh: Pepe who was the only attacking threat is getting castigated while Auba who was nearly Invisible is getting a free pass. When Auba doesn't score he is completely useless.
Mr man u well so?
Imagine a £72million signing missing a tap in inside the six yard box and u have the guts to come and drag Aubameyang. He had a good game and was subbed off for a random 18-year-old when Arsenal was looking for desperately...
"Statistically it's my best season, and I like to say that because the way he's [Sarri] thinking is the same way I think about football," Hazard told BBC Football Focus,
Oasis007: Woodward on the club's vision: "Winning; playing attacking football with players that have an 'x-factor'; and giving youth a chance. Added to that, we want players to come in who respect their team-mates, the club, the history.
So Manure scouts search the whole world the for players with this X-factor DNA ehn?
spactacus: I not sure oo,just try it first, but people complain about local high,
The reason is not because of ppl's complaints..
International low would still work but there is a particular limit as to the amount u can withdraw at once, I think.
Local high/low can't be used for international transactions but works well on normal local transactions.
@ TechCapon if u intend to use it for PayPal withdrawal then go back to the bank and insist on International high. If they say they don't have it, go to another UBA bank branch.
spillo1: shouldn't you be ashamed. You,kokane and Mr 700 goals have been dropping trash here about how Liverpool were going to destroy us. If you had dignity the score line should have humbled you.
Lol.. See wot Ole the wheeler has caused. Manure fans now celebrating a draw at home against a team that has not beaten Manure at home since God knows when...
If I had dignity the park the trailer football Manure played today would have humbled me? I laugh in ur native language..
The same tactics was used to give juventus hot chase in the league..
The same tactics gave Napoli back to back UCL football even with less players
So because those tactics gave Napoli back to back UCL it means it would also work at Chelsea?
No two teams are an exact replica of each other so a good coach cannot just copy and paste everything from his previous team without considering the type of players he has in his new team..
The players are human and that makes the abilities of the Chelsea and Napoli players totally different. There is nothing wrong in using ur philosophy but u should be able to tweak it to get the best out of ur current team, and Sarri never did that. He was adamant it was either his way or the high way.
Imagine that man coming out to say the player with the most goals and assists in ur team is the reason why Sarriball didn't work.. wtf??
Amoto94: I am not interested in your chainsmoker argument. As for why he's not asking Pjanic to make 100+ passes per game go and ask Sarri . With his style he took Napoli to UCL squad with a less talented squad than Chelsea so it was not his tactics that was the problem rather the Shaku-shaku of Hazard and co
Since Hazard and co was the problem last season, why is he not overly obsessed with possession at Juventus? Why is he not asking Pjanic to make 100+ short passes to his defenders and midfielders??
If Sarri was still here, Jorginho would have definitely continued from where he stopped last season.. 100+ passes per game and 80% of those would be back passes.
Amoto94: Some called him a jogginghoe meaning he's useless or contributing less to the team's success. Guardiola going after doesn't necessary mean he's good because he has signed not-so-good players in the past.
The Sarriball that brought him into football limelight was not getting the best out of him right? Last season troubles of Jorginho and Chelsea have different reasons some which I have mentioned in my previous post and how he overcame them. As for the others they're lack of movement and execution in our frontline, ball hogging which Hazard and Willian are big culprits and lack of dynamic fullbacks.
So why then was the chain smoker adamant with that approach even when it was obvious it was not working because of how slow the ball was being moved??
Do u see him being obsessed with possession at Juventus or Pjanic averaging 100+ passes per game, do u see Juventus always passing the ball in front of the opposition with no intention of breaking them down??
Imagine if Hazard did not disobey his taktiks, probably we would not be in the Champions League this season..
Amoto94: Jorginho have always been good but it seems some of us are suffering from recency bias. Towards the end of last season Jorginho was among the best performers and he showed that in EL final against Arsenal and against ManCity in EFL Cup Final. He surpassed my expectations judging from the fact that he was joining a new club, new league, and with language barrier and intensity it's always difficult to perform consistently without a drop in performance.
Did anyone say Jorginho was not good? Why then was Chelsea and Guardiola fighting for his signature?
Last season, the system Sarri used did not bring out the best in him that's why he couldn't perform consistently on a regular basis.
Wot we are saying here is Jorginho has always been good and Lampard's system is getting the best out of him.
Remember last season the play was centered around Jorginho and we had to endure watching the team pass the ball in front of the opposition defence without any real cutting edge..
Swissh: Indeed Most still have the Wenger of the last 10 years in their heads Wenger late 90's put together one of the best squads this league has ever seen. 3 League Titles, 4 FA Cups, 4 community shield in the space of 6/7 years. Only God knew what he would have achieved if arsenal was not so obsessed with building a new stadium.
Too bad u never got to watch the Wenger of late 90's and early 2000's
It was clearly showing as of last season. Fans were not just patient..
Nothing like lampard effect
Tell me u are joking..
Do u know one of the major reasons Jorginho was criticized last season was his lack of forward passes and how fragile he was in that midfield. Last season Sarri made all our attacks come from Jorginho(Jorginho always looked to play short passes to his defenders and midfielders) and that was why it was easier to stop Chelsea(always close down Jorginho and have a lot of bodies at the back).
The reason why Jorginho has been impressive is because of Lampard's philosophy and the fact that the team is not obsessed with always passing the ball to Jorginho and that is the LampardEffect. Jorginho has always been a baller but Sarri's rigidity didn't bring the best in him while Lampard's fluidity is doing just that.
EarlRagnar2: Egbon dayo bursting my head with undiluted truth If you don't have dustin powder in your brain you won't look at what poch has done at spurs and you won't rate him.
Lana1: LVG comes in, makes top 4 and then all goes to shít the following season.
Mourinho comes in has poor first season, manages to turn it around and then all goes to shít in his final season.
OGS comes in, turns it around a bit and then all goes to shít again.
I hope you can see the pattern.
I'm eagerly waiting for that "world class attacking manager" that will come in after OGS's inevitable sacking and keep this team consistent for two straight seasons at least while dealing with an incompetent board.
