Analysts point to longstanding scrutiny of applicants from high-migration countries, with Nigeria often singled out.

And I am a freelancer, so I work from home.

What I do is, go out very early in the morning let’s say around 7AM, and stroll around while listening to music. Then around 6pm I do same thing.

I also do pushups at home. I suffered anxiety in the past and I believe treating was one of the things that helped me.

Like the Mondays sit at home going on in iboland is nothing to worry about.
