Thats an issue with mpst htc phones so changing the battery won't solve it. The htc g2 i handled battery was 1300mah capacity battery.

Download and install Black mart alpha although it crashes frequently when the network is bad but its better any way! i hope to get back to you with some good sites later cause i mostly don't download from websites.

i am currently using the third usb cable which is about to go! Although it is a nokia cable. Any usb cable will do. i will advice you to buy the long bb usb cable cause it is long and strong.

d prob is that u av turn off yr background data, and opera use it to load backgroundly, juz go to settingz account & sync and turn on background data, note yr mb will run out very fast

turning off backdround data does not affect opera.

I loose like 5% of battery life in like every 3-5minutes with the least of operation on my N3 "i mean just checking pictures/photo" without other app running underneath, isnt this tragedy of the highest order?
My fully charge phone doesnt last 3hrs, infact am posting this via my nokia phone cos if i have used my N3 for doing just this trust me it 10% battery life that will disappear.... My phone has been untouchable since about one week now and even though am not "touching it" it goes down itself..... What could be the problem, this phone is still less than 2months old..... try this before you get a hew battery.

Allow your battery to run down completely.

Work on your battery terminals i.e scratch it lightly with s pin or something.

plug in your charger and switch it on and allow your battery to charge completely i.e till the power sign on the battery disappears completely and lets see if there will be a difference.

Check your battery status, running processes, and cache processes cause ads can really be the culprit here. How long does it take to completely run down and i guess its usually hot? well if it's less than 30 mins with extreme heat then it maybe a problem with your phone board but i know thats not the case as charging it rightly will fix it.

clear your data and update google play services. You shold also note that playstore sucks when the network is really bad so check your network.

when you tap the menu button on your screen two launchers will appear adw launcher and the default launcher. You will see a small box which can tick to make one of them your default launcher. Anyway, this will only appear if it is not already your default launcher. you can also convert adw launcher to system app with link2sd.

how do you know the charger is faulty? try working on the battery terminals and yhen running the batery down totally before pluging it and turning it on to charge.

plug a earpiece in and pree the button on the ear piece. remove the earpiece and see if the logo is still there. you can also insert the earpice into the earpice jack at different dept till the logo disappears. The problem is caused by moisture or eaulty jack.
