Hajivince:
@Timtol has one of the best amazing design. He is super brilliant with the way he plans his layout taking every single details into consideration. His design makes it easy for any structural engineer to work on which gives client utmost satisfaction at a very affordable price beyond belief. Give him a trial and thank me later. One of the best architectural designer on Nairaland.

That's really a serious issue. At least 7m plus towards d right n 7m towards d left plus either 1.8-2m for middle stairway. I THINK IT'S BEST TO CHOOSE SOME BETTER OPTIONS SIR WHICH WILL FIT ON 50/50 FT COS THAT'S 15M BY 15M.

MY HUMBLE VIEW...GOOD MORNING

Thank you Oga mi. I dey o.

Hajji M.

ok boss, dey jolly they go,we dey follow u oo

mufutau55:
That is ridiculous as a professional... he should at least give you estimate for the materials.
Then you guys go to market with him and buy the materials for the actual cost.
He can later tell you to pay him for anything you feel for the Labor since he is a relative.

One of my project, for example:
Duplex of 7 Bedrooms all ensuite, 2 big Livingrooms, anteroom, 2 balconies, Kitchen,Visitors Toilet, Security Guard House.
Materials was around N280k because I got 3 DB Boxes (2 3Phase for each Duplex floor and 1 Single Phase for Security House).
Labor for the pipings work was N70k. Please note this is only pipings and nothing more.
Hope this helps.

Hajji M.

it's quite a long time mufutau55,how tinz oga mi?
