Just sent this to a nairalander via our normal safe delivery means, always reliable. Five bedroom bungalow on a 120x60 plot.

I'm sorry to talk on ur plan tho already built??

1. Where the laundry is is wrong.
Reason; e.g. I want to iron/press my shirt,that means I will have to pass thru the kitchen b4 getting into the laundry.
Advice; Pls in case of other time,put pantry where d laundry is,vise visa.
Close the door opening in d kitchen n open it towards the dining.

2. The last two rooms at d both edges of the house has an error.
I can't see the door to d entry of both rooms maybe u put a sliding glass symbol there or so but am sure there will definitely b a door or two there.
Reason; Where the windows are is wrong.
Advice; Windows should b put at the wall center but only put at wall edges like in terrace curve or edge and also where exterior walls obstruct.

3. The double toilet for the visitor should b one.
The wait n go guest will use it outside d room along d lobby while the waiting/lodging guest will go out to d lobby to excrete anything he/she want to.

Well,this might be the client interest.
Land could have been saved a bit.


General advice sirs; Clients might b obstinate or not yielding,do what they want cos we must please them well.
Note; Try to advice the yielding ones.

@Biazarre, the building plan attached above was provided by a so called Engineer so that's his plan by the way. That was the reason why I had to put it up here to see my people's view on it and as well see if I would get a better plan based on my explanation of what I am looking forward to build.
I need an estimated cost of a building plan leading to a 2/3 bedroom 2 storey of a single or a double flats.
