Great work so far.
my first observation is about the method of compaction.
I personally prefer the tradition of spreading and compacting in layers to this method of filling everywhere up then soaking it with water.
Though I can understand that compacting in layers will take time which you might not have.

Secondly, the wire mesh should be raised up by spacers. It should be in the top section of the concrete for it to be fully optimised.

We appreciate you big man.
We do it in layers but in regards to this we did it for few areas by the time factor but dedicated a day and half to fuel the generator and soak it well before the cohensive nature shows up.
In regards to the BRC, work still in progress and am sure there will be more clarity as we proceed.

At the 95% of the filing we commence the compaction processes.
We check the sharp sand filling cost and the laterite...the laterite been cheaper we go for this over the number of trucks to fill this ditch to save cost then diversify that fund to another area.

Filling up we wet for hours and ensure all soil within the substructure walls collapses before topping it with another layer of sand then rammer then top with white sand then rammer again....
More precaution towards the back per the loads to be distributed....fund saved from the filling will be used below in few days in case of clarifications....

Nice job. I hope the perimeter fence can withstand the pressure from the sand filling, especially during the wet season.

Special caution for the two long sides when the building is about completion before completely filling up...
The back requires a raft base to withstand such pressure before we load the blocks on it.
