More update as the block work round up under 5days

About 98% of the building been cantilever in fight for space.
Massive bedrooms, all with Walk-in-closet with a long mirror wall,massive toilet that can take wc,tub,shower,double basin and with free movement within the toilet...
Bedrooms with sit-outs, master bedroom with ocean view design style with it's cantilever window and a private sit-out,master bedroom takes both standard bed and sofa arrangements per Client's choice.

A library close to the master bedroom and children's bedroom...about 5ft away from the master's we have the children's bedroom for security reasons and convenience,easy movement within the building... upper lounge has a personal sit-out and a shelf wall as well....

He paid for the standard he got what he paid for...As far as the environment entails,this building has become a viewing point of standard,we hope to get one for you followers one day.

The building is well completed...no more update on how it presently looks.
As it stands we won't be able to post more than this since it's a personal project and not for sale.

Please I have a question on the use of membrane on the deck, will under the deck not be too smooth to hold mortar during plastering, especially for those who can't afford POP ceiling?

It's possible but with extra effort and the workmanship will charge higher than number plastering charges.

so I see u have 10 couches of blocks before lintel and another 3 Afterwards. Would this new height affect the amount of bamboo sticks u would buy? Cos I hear every bamboo stick is usually cut into two when setting up the frame work for the decking.

Then the boards u used for beams and columns , were u able to use them again for decking or the upper floor colums/beams/ lintel.

And lastly for the decking iron mesh, is their a standard pacing requirement.

1. Yes and no depending on region and available materials.
For this particular one it is no to a large extent; we were able to get short bamboos(props)
Yes in the sense that a place like Lagos is common having 20ft to 22ft/6m to 6.6m which is then cut into two and possibly longer ones.

2.The planks is reusable for columns and lintel only few might not be useful per the level of water absorbed.
Marine is best in the situation,from foundation to final stage of the building marine board is ready for such with the essence of too much water.

3. If I get you well in the area of the spacing? Saw "pacing"
It's been done to standard at 200C/C.

3months more for the roofing and interior works as the case may be.
