Thanks am going back to the same hospital now but what are the possible solutions cause I need to be sure this doctors knows what they are doing

Guys please assist I am currently treating Malaria and sepsis after I went to the. Hospital and all seems to be okay
But am presently stooling pure Blood each time I go to toilet and I feel dizzy and weak
