It is just that now farms don't take in new customers because they have sold most of their birds during Christmas and they have few remaining to satisfy their old clients. Eggs stay for 30 days and more once in room temperature.
If the room has A/C 24/7 it can stay for more days.

However, if they were exposed to the sun or water, chances are that they may go bad faster. Also, if you have few with unnoticed cracks, they usually drop their liquid with those near them in the crate which breeds maggots.

But to be on a safe side do not order any volume that can last for more than a week.
