A small phone of 15k was paid for and 5k was taken from the 15k to get battery, later found out it is not even battery problem that is disturbing the phone, returnd the battery so I can get 5k and refund him 15k,those people refused to accept the battery back saying I tested the battery bf leaving,, I can not refund him 10k so I asked him to add small money and take another small phone, I have showed him many cheap phones since then and some he need only to add 10k or 15k but he either say he is not around then or he don't like the one I showed him or he don't have money then, the last phones offered to him not up to 3 weeks are Motorola e5play and a cracked screen Samsung phone of 30k 35k,,,the Motorola he said he doesn't like and the Samsung he is a friend of screen,, those phones are sold same day.

What do you have me do? Bc I do not refund money on used items, the person will take another item and add little money or take another item worth the amount.

Now, there is no no phone of 15k... I do not normally have small phones again.
Since he has refused to add little money and take another small phone, should I refund him 10k or 15k (5k used to buy battery) that the shop refused to accept back.

Lastly... It is not the first time he has bought small phone from me, the screenshot of chats where he was offered Motorola recently, he did not post those chats.

I have nothing to do with his 15k..... What I can not do is take a loss of 5k for the battery, that's is the more reason I offered him other cheap phones, if he want to take the loss of 5k for the battery they refused to accept back, then I am cool with it

In business there must be gains and loss, save your name and refund the 15k, you can't always make gains all the time, afterall it wasn't the buyer's fault the the phone has issues, mind you when i bought a laptop from you i noticed you used paper to wedge the hard drive so as to prevent it from moving (something you never mentioned in your advertisement) when i complained you said i can't get such a cheap laptop anywhere else, this was the reason why i didn't nag about the issue anymore ( yet again you never mentioned it in your post) then there have been other buyers complaining about the cosmetic faults on your products that you don't usually mention.
All these points to issues that seriously need to be addressed cause one bad complaint can wreck your business beyond repairs...

Seriously I am really disappointed in him, I follow all his posts and all he keeps telling the buyer is that he should add money to the 15k even when the buyer has said he doesn't wanna to buy again, seems our good old @innobarca has gone to the dark side cause there is no reason on earth for him not to return 15k. Personal experience;

So it happened that my dad sent me to one of his friends office to pick up a file and on getting there the man was not around so the secretary asked me to sit down on the sofa (my greatest undoing)

The man's office is a very big one so they have a separate visitors room where you can just relax while you wait for him. I sat down and slept off while waiting for him but woke up to a sting.

My first thought was maybe it was this normal mosquitoes that flies around so I did not read much to it then the man came attended to me and I went to give my dad his files. Note that I don't stay with my dad so immediately I dropped the file I excused myself and went home to my roomself contain on getting hoke I took off my cloth threw ot on the bed and went to take my shower (2nd mistake).

When I got back I picked up the clothes and put it in the basket unbeknownst to me I already have a foreigner in my room. After about 3 days I started noticing stings but this was different from the normal mosquitoes because I fleet my room at interval. One night it was so much that I had to wake up in the middle of the night to check that was when I stone of them on the wall, I killed it but then I begin to wonder how I got it there.
To cut the story short I discovered that I got it from my dad's friend office the day they decided to dispose off the Cushine in that off due to bug and funmigate then it dawn on me where they came from.

Note that I used a lot of chemicals but they wouldn't leave, sniper ,DD force, baygon even kerosene but alas that said my time is over in that house. Immediately my rent was due I took very few cloths to the dry cleaner got rid of most of my household items by selling it off to get a new one and that was how I got rid of bed bugs.

Those things never die.
