One of the things I think FG should look into is Ai. There needs to be a ban on Ai-created video ads at least for now till we find a way to balance the effect it has on lost jobs for creators.

An ad that should pay a director, videographer, actors, music team, crew, photographer, etc. is now being done by a single person.
