Abeg lawyers in the house, can a Supreme Court judgement render invalid a section of the constitution? Cause the constitution says monies should be paid to a state and local government joint account. So can the senate unilaterally amend the constitution, and if they need inputs from the state’s assemblies and they refuse to amend that section, so what happens?
