They put the nozzle in my car and it was just making noise without the meter reading, the okada man next to me told the attendant that the meter was not reading, but he said it will soon read. After about 10 to 15 seconds the meter went off only to come back on and show 3,000 and the attendant said he had sold 3k worth of fuel to me under 10 seconds.
