A pump attendant in total wanted to scam me of 3k fuel, he put the nozzle in my tank for like 5 seconds and the pump went off only for it to restart and show 3k and the guy said he had sold 3k fuel to me, under 5 seconds ooooo.

New ways fuel attendants are scamming people.

I went to lugbe this morning to play football with some friends. Later on, I went to a particular fuel station near those corner shops to buy fuel ( let me not say the name, but if you live in that area you will know them)

The fuel attendant put the nozzle in my tank to sell fuel to me. When ever am buying fuel, am always careful to look at the meter to be sure it’s starting from zero.

So he put the nozzle in my tank and pressed it to start selling, but the gauge was not reading and even the okada man waiting his turn commented that the gauge was not reading and the fuel attendant said it will soon start. Suddenly the pump went off only for it to come back on and started reading 3000 naira and the fuel attendant said he had already sold 3000 naira to me!!!

Can you imagine, he was claiming to have sold 3000 naira worth of fuel under 5 to 7 seconds in my tank!!!

So this kin hard times, a fuel attendant wanted to scam me 3k this early morning 🤯🤯🤯

I no gree for am ooo, so we got into a shouting match and the okada rider became my witness to say it was a lie that the pump was not working before it went off.

When the shouting was attracting people, the attendant quietly sold my complete fuel for me and I left. Everyone around waiting their turn started telling him that he must start the pump from zero and it must start reading the amount or else dem no go gree.

People are dubious these days, everyone should be observant when buying fuel so someone will not use you to get over this hard times.

Imagine the number of people he must have scammed 3k from with this dubious claim.
