I intend to start a computer business after my graduation but most of the software at my dispose are pirated CD and DVD.IS IT A SIN USING THEM .I AM CONFUSE I NEED UR ADVICE

Good afternoon, my name is adegoke i am a student of federal polytechnic offa,department of computer technology with few month to vacate the school premises,a lot of question has been running through my heart
what will i venture into after my graduation?
What can lay my hand on ?
What can achieve with my course of study? And a lot more.The increasing rate of uemployment in Nigeria has been a challenge to me .But i hold unto GOD'S WORD: the Bible says 'do you see a man skiled in his work? He shall stand before kings;he will not serve before obscure men.(Pr 22:29) l have search through the internet on series of business i can start and the result are well documented.
Looking inward at myself,i discover that with the grace of God over my life i can :
Read any book and understand.
Study any course and excel.
I can explain complex concept using simple analyse and object around me.
I can teach very well.
I am an innovative thinker.
