Exactly, I've just been hoping people that gave bad reviews would come back to testify good news, but I guess the customer service isn't properly managed. I really need to place an order but I'm still watching them patiently.

It okay to say I v been a regular client of metrobox....even till now I still have a particular item that was missing in transit which is even close to 6month and it has not been sorted out because I know it is beyond them...however at the same time I v had multiple item delivered to me after that, some which include dec 3rd packages....so all in all keep calm and am sure a solution would be worked out with time..
