They want to build new one when the existing ones are moribund. We have set of individuals that are aliens to knowledge. Many of them here will soon come out to defend this nonsense. They are all out of reasoning to know they are destroying the lives of their children and unborn ones. Instead of them to make the existing ones work, they are searching for money to build the new one. Tinubu is a curse to this country.

All Tinubu wants is investment and technology transfer. What they want is for more French companies to be given contracts, instead of China getting all the deals.
