Morning bro. eu is really in a precarious state now. that 1.3000 has played out several bounces. Two things are likely to happen: 1, we may fall from 1.3040 or 1.3090 or, 2, we may close the day as bullish hammer.
For gu, daily and weekly are in conflicting signals so i'll stay with the 4hr flow and right now 4hr is buying until it changes off 1hr.

Congrats to all who sold eu last friday. I had to cut loose my running loss and join the train. That said, I see the 1hr trying to close above the range support of 1.3000. Should that happen, we just might have another range to 1.3280. This is looking feasible given the 4hr potential morning star.

You're such a dramatist o. If anyone remembers, I kept saying the whole of last week that gu was heading for 1.6290-1.6300 after which we expect a 100-150 pips retracement.I remember you kept on for 3-4 days calling out for gu short but it kept going up to 1.6300. I also remember unclenna jokingly asking me to stop manipulating gu and after it met the 1.6300 i jokingly replied him that i was done manipulating the price. also remember that yesterday morning I advised that sellers should watch it cos my 4hr support line was holding strong and shortly after that it went up. Yes it has gone back to test that line but long remains my bias and if it goes otherwise, it is my cross to carry. without wanting to sound spiteful, I'd like to repeat that I know the several times you made wrong calls and no one mocked you for it. Do learn how to communicate opinion differences without appearing offensive.
In all honesty, I bear no grudge against you but I must also not fail to correct you where i think you erred.

[b]Euro Zone has been tested enough and has not much space to move, adding more fund to the IMF means nothing because unless such fund get to the economy and to the market then such a firewall becomes a problem for itself, you probably wonder why the GBP hit the roof, some they call it inflation and some would call it a clever UK approach, but the fact is it is a rally before the dip, the all Euo zone is dragging every member of its own to a Simi-collapse, so the wise is to give a value to the independent currency before lending, or otherwise central banks would find whatever lending is less value that what is demanded in return.


The Euro must go down to at the best 1.25 and even lower, the reason still up because of 2 main factors,..

1) Investors keep pumping with fears of Euro down slide and massive losses

2) Central banks and governments want to keep the hope, they know very well if the Euro went below 1.30 then the logical effect will be massive load on the Euro.


Now as soon as the Euro hit the 1.29 1.28 then the push down will start, although some recovery will be in place but the 1.20 range is a must, I personal amazed how still the Euro up till today while everything is going down the drain !!. but not that much of surprise otherwise Euro zone leaders would face a blame and trigger protesting across the zone.[/b]

pipmaster77: Boss I believe in your technical analysis and I respect your opinion but there is no positive solution to EURO crisis for now and that pair must go below 1.29 and so on. It might not reach there now but it will surely there and all technical analysis include candle reading might not be able to foretell it.

Draghi: Many govts are making progress on fiscal consolidation
Draghi: the LTROs have been successful in avoiding major credit crunch
DRAGHI: There's been "significant progress" on fiscal front
Draghi: inflation expectations firmly rebounding
draghi:expect gradual euro zone recovery
DRAGHI: Spain has made a "significant effort"
Draghi: italy has achieved remarkable progress
Draghi: ecb sees significant drop in key volatilty indicators.

These are a few bullet points from Draghi's 1:30PM ECB press conference. Minutes into his speech, credence was given to the the reversal pattern that was building. I rarely am a news person but with those bullet points, we can safely say the euro zone isn't as bad as generally painted.

I sincerely am not comfortable with the bears on gu and eu. They did good retracements on the bulls but i think as deduced from my analysis that we are meant to bounce back up. Eu has done 80 pips from the support and gu will only follow in due course.regarding my bro odiaero, I'm not crossed with him i only wanted him to correct and change his approach. How has it been with you?

This cant be said to be an against-the-trend trading. i said in my first post early in the day that we are sitting on strong supports on eu and gu and that sellers should watch it. I don't see why you should be cracked bro particularly when most of my calls are apt (no air of importance assumed). I know the several times you made calls that didn't quite go in your direction and no one mocked you for them. Learn to disagree in ways that challenge rather than in ways that seem mockery.

should eu go down haven formed very strong reversal patterns across all tools and systems on the 4hr, then it must be said that something terrible must have gone wrong with fx.

jamace: I see the present retracenment of EU & GU northward as preparation for NFP tomorrow. From the look of things/my indicators, the NFP will be bearish tomorrow. Watch out.

it's a possibility bro but if the bouncing off the support lines of eu weekly and gu monthly is anything to go by, then we may just have resumed the bullish trend. Close of trade day will determine a lot though.

4 rising soldiers necessitating a bullish hammer off the weekly support which still looks bullish, my take is that eu might just be on its way to 1.3230-1.34 between today and tomorrow.
