U've not been straight 4ward, u said in ur advert dat am to get it in 7 days or u'll refund plus xtra, u said u'll surprise me, u said its holiday time, u said its cargo company, u said.... Why xcuses always, wat have I done wrong! To me I've done my part remains u to fulfill ur part of the bargain. Hear u (u will get ur refund) so u want to tell me dat u r no longer in d cargo business any more if not why refund instead of the good I ordered

There was a problem in the receiving freight office in Nigeria. That's what is being resolved by the Delivery Team with the freight company in Lagos. The team is moving for a refund of all the products lost in transit by the freight office.
