Dangote has 30,000 hectares of land in LFTZ fenced. The refinery will use less than 10,000 hectares. Dangote Fertilizer is also inside this fenced land. Even presently there is a big building inside the place where important guests sleep. But generally when describing we use the words Dangote Refinery to generalize the whole fenced land. So note: our estate is not in hazardous area. Government approved our estate for Residential and Lagos State government know is far enough from the actual Refinery site.
