The linear meter is 6.5meters @ 120,000 -780,000 ( without appliances and accesorries )

The size we posted is (H2.6m L2.2)
Which is 5.7sqm @ 45,000 = 257,400
It comes with soft close runner and hydraulic hinges as well as motion sensored hanger rail.

Marble prices ranges from 35,000 to 75,000 and even 100,000 for Italian stones. It all depends on your choice and purpose.

Almost all gas filling stations sell the orange hose. You can get in the market as well. We provide on request by the client at no extra cost.

I will like us to stop using the word “Hdf” (Higher density Fibreboard) for laminated “plywood”
What we have in the market is laminated plywood but everyone refer to it as Hdf.
It has a coarse looking texture and not as smooth and neat as mfc.
As there are various types of mfc as well, Hdf is cheaper than some (Egger, Kastamonu) types and slightly expensive than the China Mfc’s.
Use mfc for your Tv stand pls.

A simple office table with metal legs and visitors chair made by yours truly.

Instead, you the regular gas hose. Safety first.

Please, do not ever use this type of Gas hose for your cooker hob.
It’s like rubber and melts if the heats get too much which happens a lot. This could lead to gas leakage and serious fire incident.

We use mfc for our doors ( we make only internal doors)
There are various textures and grains as you can select any color you prefer. Or which one goes with your other cabinets. It’s the most durable type of engineered wood (Laminate) for now.
For bathroom doors, we make the back to be Aluco board. This helps to control water or moisture effect on the door. Just the back that’s inside the bathroom.

Saw this article sometime ago and I thought I should share.

STEEL DOORS

Pros – A steel door is sturdy and one of the most energy efficient of the three different types. As long as the weather conditions aren’t too extreme, it will not be affected – unlike wood, for example, which can warp when it gets wet. This means that they are less maintenance than most other door types, and they can also be less expensive( not all the time aside locally fabricated ones)

Cons – The downsides of a steel door include that they can be easily scratched or dented, which can lead to rust. They are also difficult to stain – unlike other material doors – meaning that they have to be painted, and are also prone to chipping. They are good conductors of either heat or cold

WOOD DOORS

Pros – Wooden doors can give a stunning finish and owners can accentuate the grain to give a beautiful finish. They can also be stained or painted to give a different finish and to give a tired door a new lease of life. It is also nice to touch, giving a feeling of cosiness and security. Scratches can be easily repaired and the doors are sturdy and difficult to break down.

Cons – Wooden doors do have a certain amount of upkeep that is needed. They can easily get tatty, scratched and weathered, and the finish will fade within a couple of years. It is relatively easy to maintain, however. Wood also absorbs moisture, meaning that the door can rot or warp, and can cause paint to peel or bubble. The wooden door is also the least energy efficient and is usually the most expensive.

You could get cheaper appliances for less, way lesser than what we offer. There are several other brands that you can get.
For our cabinets, our prices are fair considering the type of accessories we use and the level of finish you expect.

2.5m commercial/ rented apartments is now @ 75,000 per linear meter. This comprises of base unit, wall unit and counter top. No appliances or accessories. Logistics outside Abuja is not inclusive.
